Boluda Towage acquires Caledonian Towage Scotland


Boluda Towage and GEG have signed an agreement to acquire the towing and maritime operations of Caledonian Towage Scotland, as well as management, administrative staff and crew, based in Invergordon.

The local management team will now be led by Andrew Murray as COO, who will report to Phil Dulson, Managing Director of Boluda Towage UK.

Caledonian owner Roy MacGregor said, “The decision for us to accept the opportunity to sell Caledonian Towage to Boluda came at the right time, as we continue to diversify our offering as a business. “
