Modupe led the team to achieve excellent customer service from over 10,000 real estate professionals, earning it the title of “Nigeria’s Leading Real Estate Magazine”.

Modupe has extensive experience in business strategy, consumer marketing, customer service, brand building and customer analytics, a great addition, especially with the massive growth the platform has seen since its launch in November 2021.

As COO, Modupe will oversee marketing and operations, while Olorunsola will now oversee technology and product developments. This furthers BuyLetLive’s goal as a proptech solution to facilitate the search for property.

During the recent press conference, Olorunsola announced the release of the mobile application BuyLetLive and indicated other plans in the property search improvement plan: ‘We started operations 8 months ago with only the web application. It was a deliberate approach to understanding our users. More importantly, we had to study their pain points and build what is really valuable to them. We are happy to report that the app will improve agent download sessions by 40%. Of course, for those who ask for a more personal touch, we have a dedicated customer service team and an active web chat to receive customer feedback, inquiries and special requests directly.
