Seeking Nominations for Top Live Streaming Startups in 2022

Today’s apps and services are capable of delivering the full range of media and experiences: from games, to multi-day concerts and music festivals, to sporting events, to real-time updates of your favorite designers.

The live streaming industry isn’t slowing down any time soon. The global streaming market is expected to reach $247 billion by 2027, according to Vimeo. Research also shows that mid-tier influencers, or those who average 500-5,000 viewers per live stream, drive 40% of all live stream views on Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook.

Twitch, the platform most synonymous with streaming, hosts over 10 million channels. Gaming is by far its most popular genre, but it’s closely followed by a category called Just Chatting, where users can host casual chats.

The innovations to live streams and how they can be applied are seemingly limitless.

Some companies simply offer the technology to bring events to people’s smartphones and televisions, while others dream up and help market live streaming events.

We are looking for nominations for any startups that add interesting folds to the industry and the live streaming experience.
